Academic Project: Urban Centers

Modular + City is a project that was born from an exhaustive investigation of inequity in terms of the development of urban phenomena that affect the quality of life of the inhabitants of some sectors of the city. Having identified how these phenomena had physical repercussions due to the use that is given to space, some "ideal" scenarios for the future development of the place and some spatial strategies were proposed to achieve these objectives. Finally, within the entire urban project, the public and architectural space of a "detonator" equipment for these changes in the sector was raised. The pre-existing context was understood as something valuable and interesting to study, so the intervention tries to be flexible to the spatial needs of the population.
